WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Costs depend broadly on the type of coaching session. Individual face to face sessions lasting one hour, start from as little as £45. Coaching is based on you as an individual, so there is no set number of sessions.
Packages can include face to face meetings, text message or email support in between meetings and homework tasks, group-based workshops and presentations.
CAN I USE ZOOM FOR MY SESSION?
Coaching is more effective when the relationship is developed face to face. Video conferencing is possible, but largely depends on the individual circumstances and can only be used with prior agreement.
CAN I BOOK A SESSION ONLINE?
It's alway better to have a brief discussion about what you hope to achieve from your coaching. To arrange a free and relaxed 15 minute 'getting to know each other' chat, please contact me using the email/messaging service.
WHERE IS THE LIFE PSYCH BASED?
Primarily sessions are located within a multidisciplinary wellbeing clinic in Tattenhall, Cheshire UK.
The centre is the base for a team of healthcare professionals and complementary therapists including Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Podiatry, Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as Coaching.
IS COACHING PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Coaching is not therapy, does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not a substitute for counselling or psychotherapy. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform the health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship.
